We are hiring a Key Clients Leader to join our team to oversee and strengthen relationships with our most valued clients, including our Amazon sites. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring compliance, maintaining excellent service standards, and fostering long-term client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have exceptional relationship-building skills, and be comfortable with regular travel. As such, we are uniquely positioned to address the needs of our clients and their consumers in the new hybrid work environment Your Key Duties & Responsibilities: Regularly visit key client sites to ensure service excellence, operational compliance, and client satisfaction. Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing concerns and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience. Conduct service audits and compliance checks to ensure our vending solutions meet contractual obligations and company standards. Work closely with internal teams (operations, sales, and service) to drive continuous improvement in service delivery. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering trust and long-term partnerships. Identify business opportunities, upsell services, and provide feedback on client needs to support company growth. Ensure timely resolution of any service issues, working collaboratively with field teams and management. Prepare reports and insights on client visits, highlighting key trends, service gaps, and improvement recommendations. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client expectations to drive innovation in service delivery. Requirements Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the vending, FMCG, or service industry. Strong relationship management and negotiation skills. Ability to conduct site audits, compliance checks, and provide actionable feedback. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a travel-heavy schedule. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems. Full UK driving license (or equivalent for the region).
