Alton House Hotel is a thriving 3 star privately owned hotel that is at the heart of its community and we are looking for an enthusiastic Deputy Hotel Manager who wants to join a great team.
As Deputy Hotel Manager, you’ll play a pivotal part of the management team, taking the business to the next level.
Alton House Hotel has 43 bedrooms and 1 large function room for weddings and other events, offering the opportunity to gain experience in all areas of the business.
This role will give you the opportunity to evolve and lead in the operational standards as well as exceed budgeted commercial expectations through a clear understanding of Gross profit, Profit and Loss, Labour costs, etc.
You will work closely with the General Manager as a key contributor to the success of the Alton House Hotel.
You will be key to ensuring a high level of customer service to build the strength of our reputation and become the first choice in our customers' eyes.
Live-in position available. Salary dependent on experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00 per year
