Salary: £24,508 and will incrementally increase after set periods of service in the role. Will increase to £26,224, £32,818 and finally £36,252.

Join Our Team as a Trainee Conductor based at Colchester station
About The Role
Our operations Department is integral to the smooth running of our trains and Customer Service is at the heart of everything we do. We are therefore looking to expand our Conductor Team to help us to improve our customer experience.
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Undertake all duties with safety as the primary concern.
* Adhere to relevant rules, regulations, and company procedures.
* Ensure personal safety, as well as the safety of trains and customers.
* Protect company revenue while delivering outstanding customer service.
* Ensure the prompt departure of all train services.
* Report any delays to the Control team at the first opportunity.

* Have a friendly, approachable demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communication.
* Are calm under pressure, able to think on their feet, and handle various situations.
