Key Responsibilities: Work closely with clinicians to meet practice goals and deliver outstanding patient care. Lead and mentor less experienced Dental Nurses, providing training and support. Assist the Compliance Manager and Supervisor in maintaining high standards. Plan and assist with morning huddles to ensure the smooth operation of the practice. Perform routine nursing duties, infection control, and maintain a clean, safe environment. Support compliance efforts, with full training provided for systems like iComply.
