Your new role: Use a high level of knowledge and experience of projects to deliver large, complex, mission-critical, enterprise-level projects with the appropriate level of planning and to provide the right balance of agility, predictability and pragmatism. Utilise existing Vysiion project management standards, methodologies and toolkits when establishing and delivering projects, taking opportunities to drive the adoption of improved and new standards for Vysiion. Champion planning, control and the targeted use of PRINCE2 elements to achieve agreed customer and business benefits. Implement project planning techniques, including the creation of project schedules, that assist the delivery team by resolving conflict and removing blockers to expected progress and quality outcomes. Report progress, change, issues, dependencies and risks to the senior leadership team and make recommendations to influence decision making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realisation. Accountable for the delivery and presentation of the monthly project operations and financial report to the senior leadership team and the successful resolution of agreed actions and outcomes. What you’ll need to succeed: PRINCE2 Foundation is desirable. Excellent presentation skills, for presenting to customers and stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Project and at home with Excel spreadsheets for tracking and forecasting financial spend. Demonstrable experience in: Working with organisations across local and central government and other government related bodies as well as private industry and the challenges therein.
