We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced staff nurse to join our friendly in-patient unit team in Thurrock, to gain knowledge and experience within palliative care. This is a full-time opportunity to work either rotational days and night shifts. Main duties will include; Providing excellent high-quality patient care. Coordinating with doctors and other healthcare professionals. Managing patient admissions and discharges. Caring for patients at end of life. Maintaining nursing documentation and patient records (SystmOne). Participating in staff meetings and continuous education opportunities. About the Candidate All applicants should have the following qualifications, registrations, skills and experience: A relevant nursing degree. Current NMC registration with an active PIN. Previous experience working within a healthcare setting. Excellent communication skills. An understanding and empathetic approach to patient care. Ability to work well as part of a team.
