Job summary You will be working in a well established and skilled Occupational Therapy Team within the Specialist Community Learning Disability Service (SCLDS) at Sheffield Health and Social Care Trust. We are a supportive and friendly team and you will have lots of opportunities for continued professional development with regular supervision. You will hold an independent caseload of adult service users with Learning Disabilities and associated needs, You will also have the opportunity to be involved in multidisciplinary pathways such as Dementia, Autism and Eligibility. You'll work closely with an MDT including, Nursing, SLT, Physio, Music and Art therapy, and Psychology.
