About the Role
Our Digital Trust is expanding and we’re looking for an SAP GRC & Security Manager to join our vast community of solvers. The Digital Trust brings our purpose to life by helping clients to protect and strengthen every aspect of their business; from people to performance, systems to strategy and business plans to business resilience, and of course, systems security.
You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:
1. SAP GRC and security, implementation and remediation programs, process and technology risks (incl. segregation of duties, sensitive access, and privileged access management) and control environments.
2. S/4HANA programs, security remediation programs, advisory, and/or assurance engagements.
3. Strong appreciation of the complexities and challenges that organisations face around the use of existing and emerging technology and how to solve them from strategy to execution.
In our Digital Trust team, your impact will be seen by:
1. Leading SAP GRC and security projects (implementation, advisory, and assurance) and teams including providing oversight and coaching of the team; and the planning, fieldwork, review, and reporting stages on large and complex client engagements.
2. Designing and implementing SAP GRC (Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management) and security solutions. This includes for S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and SAC. Datasphere and BTP a plus.
3. Conducting security and IT General Control risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
4. Collaborating with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and provide expert guidance on SAP security and compliance.
5. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
6. Providing training and support to users on SAP security and GRC processes.
7. Staying current with the latest developments in SAP GRC and security technologies and methodologies.
8. Liaising directly with clients, managing junior team members, and reporting to leaders on engagement progress and any challenges.
