This construction company is currently recruiting an Office Manager to join their team. It will be supporting 3 administrators with training, progression, and managing the day-to-day functioning of the office. This is for a period of 12 months on a fixed-term contract. This is a fast-paced environment and thus the successful candidate must have experience working within a similar environment.
Your new role
1. Managing 3 administrators and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
2. Managing filing systems, updating the database, and controlling a centralised inbox, dispersing information to the relevant departments.
3. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Providing advice and support for the office administrators.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Evidence of strong administration skills.
2. Previous management experience or working in a similar environment is desirable but not essential.
3. Excellent with budgeting to ensure office supplies are fully stocked.
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively manage staff.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Packages.
What you'll get in return
