The Role We are seeking to recruit a Project Planner in the Core Structures Control Account Team as part of our transformation of project management in the business. This exciting opportunity currently exists to join our projects team based in NB&C. The role will encompass the full spectrum of schedule management requirements (e.g. baseline creation and control, performance analysis and change management) associated with the delivery of a complex, large-scale programmes. What you will be doing: With this exciting opportunity your responsibilities will include: Responsible for the creation and maintenance of project / critical component delivery schedules in P6 Primavera planning software ensuring the Submarines project controls processes are effectively deployed and maintained for all work through the lifecycle of the Control Account delivery Leading weekly/monthly planning updates - responsible for objective assessment of project status/performance updates including progress, forecast, recovery actions Critical path and schedule variance analysis for project performance measurement Provide input to financial management, including monthly monitoring, Quarterly Forecasts, budgets, estimates to complete and invoicing. Manage all risks and opportunities via the contractual risk management tool – ARM. Produce a monthly reporting pack which includes Program, Status, Schedule Status, EVM, Risks, Change Management, Cost and Procurement.
