As a Cash Controller, you’ll be working closely with the Accounting Services Manager to maximise cash collections through the effective application of the company’s credit policy.
This is a varied and fast-paced role which requires exceptional and adaptable communication skills and an ability to build and nurture relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Weekly review of overdue debt relating to cash contracts
* Weekly review of un invoiced revenue for cash contracts
* Maximise cash collection through effective use of company’s credit policy
* Resolve queries quickly, effectively and in a professional manner
* Contacting customers to arrange payments of overdue balances
* Issuing of Notice of Intentions
* Compiling Legal Packs for further action via our Solicitors
* Escalation of accounts in line with agreed collection paths
* Processing credit card payments
* Timely logging of queries where applicable
* Build strong relationships with internal and external customers in addition to other agencies

* Intermediate IT skills, including the ability to analyse data
