A day in the life of…
* Reporting in to The Director of Sales you will develop and deliver marketing strategies, campaigns, and communications for AC Hotel by Marriott and Novelli's restaurant to establish the hotel's positioning as the leading destination restaurant and number one hotel in the local marketplace
* Your focus will be on creating first class content to drive market share and profitability for the hotel, with a real focus on gaining new business for parties and events at the stunning restaurant and outdoor terrace
* You’ll work closely with the commercial team and Aimbridge when it comes to administration and reporting across all marketing activities in the hotel, following compliance with GDPR regulations, whilst helping to manage relationships with local attractions and venues.
* You’ll have the opportunity to be the face of the hotel, ensuring you exemplify the first-class brand standards and customer experiences for all of our guests
What do we need from you?
* You’ll need the ability to create engaging social media content and implement paid social campaigns while adhering to brand guidelines.
* First class analytical skills for reporting on marketing activity, copywriting for online channels, and understanding email marketing campaigns and data capture processes.
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, commercial acumen, creativity, and self-motivation to stay up-to-date with marketing trends.
* Project management experience from brief to fulfilment, including digital and print.
