Job Title: Junior Partnership Manager Role
Location: Bristol ( Hybrid Model)
Salary: £30K - £35K basic + commission
My client is a leading player within the SME lending landscape. They hold a significant market share operating since 2018 with an innovative flexible solution which caters to SME businesses across the UK.
They are the heart of the Embedded Finance market which is fastest growing part of Fintech space – They have a brilliant partnership channel led by Head of Partnerships and is diverse mix of Payment Providers, ISO’S, Brokers and Professional Introducers.
After a couple of large exclusive partnerships last year, the company opened up secondary sales office In Bristol purely to focus on lead conversion & servicing partner leads. The first 6 months for the team have been brilliant and we are now looking to expand with a Junior Relationship Manager.
This is brand new role & you will work closely with Head of Partnerships to service day to day management of partners and work to build stronger relationships with those partners to increase lending volumes for the sales team.
As the Junior Partnership Manager Role your responsibilities and duties will include:
1. Build long standing commercial relationships with existing partners with goal of becoming a close working business partner
2. Be the daily contact for partnerships ensuring all expectations are being met & communication is strong
3. Day to Day query management
4. Streamlining partnership to create a more commercially viable relationship for all involved
5. Pulling data for Head of Partnerships and External stakeholders in the team to demonstrate success of the Partnerships
Essential Skills and Competencies of the Junior Partnership Manager Role
* Previous Partnership Experience within the financial services landscape
* 2yrs experience managing relationships with Medium Partnerships with aim to generate revenue
* Ideally lending, payment or financial services experience
* Proactive mindset, relationship building & commercial attitude to work
* Hard working, organised & personable
* Tech savvy – presentation, excel spreadsheets and able to interpret data on partnership success
* Happy to go and meet clients across country to build deep relationships
* Good team player, work closely with wider sales team
