Job Summary
My client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Programme Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various programs and initiatives within the organisation. This role involves data analysis, reporting, and providing insights to help drive informed decision-making. The Programme Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of program objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Program Support:
o Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of programs and projects.
o Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure programs are aligned with organisational goals.
* Data Analysis:
o Collect, analyse, and interpret program data to provide insights and recommendations.
o Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other tools to track program performance.
* Reporting:
o Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on program progress, outcomes, and impact.
o Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
* Process Improvement:
o Identify areas for improvement in program processes and workflows.
o Propose and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Stakeholder Engagement:
o Communicate program objectives, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders.
o Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather input and feedback on program initiatives.
* Risk Management:
o Identify potential risks and issues within programs and develop mitigation strategies.
o Monitor and report on the status of identified risks and issues.
* Budget and Resource Management:
o Assist in the development and management of program budgets.
o Track resource allocation and expenditure to ensure programs are delivered within budget.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Programme Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
* Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a related field.
* Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
* Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, if applicable].
* Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis.
