Joiner
An Estates Joiner is required to assist with planned and reactive maintenance of a wide range of buildings and equipment.
The post will be based at Woodend Hospital, Aberdeen. The area of responsibility for the post covers Woodend Hospital and a variety of other Estates buildings, Hospitals, and Clinics within South Aberdeenshire.
Key Responsibilities:
* Applicants must have a Recognised and registered EITB or CITB (or equivalent) craft Apprenticeship or City & Guilds appropriate qualification.
* Competent tradesman with extensive relevant experience in building maintenance, some of which should preferably have been acquired in the health care sector.
* Adopting a flexible, integrated working approach to the delivery of Estates Service.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience and awareness of Health & Safety responsibilities.
* Flexible, adaptable, and self-motivated.
* Possess a current, full, driving licence.
Interviews will be held at Woodend Hospital Estates Office.
Salary is Band 4 (£29,116 to £31,670).
