With 4,600 employees in 15 countries, the Installed Base BU has a strong identity and its vision is to: “Deliver innovative products and services by putting our high-level skills to work to guarantee throughout the world a safe and competitive, low carbon source of energy.” Job description Main Responsibilities Assist in ongoing development and improvement of relevant procedures Prepare and submit the monthly health and safety performance data (HSPI-Health and Safety Performance Indicator) for submission to the client Plan, lead and report on health and safety exercises to drive continuous improvement Participate in creating, maintaining and improving HSE standards in the workplace Influence the teams on HSE issues Develop timely project-based HSE risk profiles to direct risk-based inspection and other assurance activities Undertake inspections, carry out accident investigations, keep records and write reports Co-ordinate and collate information required to produce scheduled HSE reports and identify trends and early warnings of possible issues and recommend appropriate action Provide advice on the interpretation and application of the HSE management system. This will include provision of relevant training, briefings and information Carry out regular behavioural conversations with teams on site Spend approximately 60% of your time on site by undertaking a range of planned advice, guidance and support activities which focus on establishing, promoting, maintaining and continually improving the HPC site and organisations HSE arrangements Key Skills and experiences NEBOSH General Certificate 5 years similar HSE experience Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop wide network and working relationships Results focus tempered with team centred approach Highly skilled in the analysis of technically demanding and detailed information and quickly identify the underlying issues and risks Strong capacity to be future focused in identifying risks and implications.
