Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Band 5 Physiotherapist to join our Multi-Disciplinary Team at Honeypot Lane Health and Social Care Centre to assist Specialist Physiotherapist in supervising, providing planned advice, teaching, support, and instruction to therapy assistants, key workers, relatives and carers, to promote understanding of the aims of therapy intervention and to ensure a co-ordinated approach to patient care. Main duties of the job To assist Specialist Physiotherapist in supervising, providing planned advice, teaching, support and instruction to therapy assistants, key workers, relatives and carers, to promote understanding of the aims of therapy intervention and to ensure a co-ordinated approach to patient care. To delegate to, teach and supervise the work of Therapy Assistants and Technical Instructors with guidance from senior staff. To work with other health care professionals on joint assessments, patient goals and treatment programmes in a patient centred approach.
