Join us in this role where you’ll assist our service operations vessel (SOV) offshore operations team with maintaining, managing, and scheduling critical and scheduled maintenance with required materials and tools to deliver short-, medium- and long-term maintenance and corrective schedules.
Welcome to UK East
You’ll be part of the East Coast SOV based operations teams where you, together with your colleagues, will support the operations and maintenance of the Hornsea 01 windfarm. You’ll work in a team of colleagues based on an SOV working a 2-weeks-on, 2-weeks-off shift rotation. You’ll be expected to maintain a high regard for safety, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our stakeholders and customers.

You’ll play an important role in:
* Providing general logistics support for daily operations, incl. mobilisation, demobilisation, cycle counts, and tools/PPE management.
* Providing supporting data to enable delivery of maintenance and corrective schedules.
* Ensuring that our operations managers and technicians have the correct tools and materials in the right place at the right time to support daily execution.
* Securing minimum stock to service a high yield production in collaboration with site teams and the Operations Supply Chain team and proposing innovative ways of balancing resources.
* Collaborating with onshore planning teams to develop the yearly, monthly, and weekly maintenance schedule, and the OM for short term scheduling of work to deliver an efficient maintenance strategy.
* Strategically bundling work to support the reduction of lost production while supporting maintenance delivery and compliance.
To succeed in the role, you:
* Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Take a collaborative approach to support execution of daily and weekly tasks.
* Are a curious individual with a keen eye for safety and continuous improvement.
* Are aware of supply chain logistics in SAP to manage inventory.
* Are capable of developing and delivering scheduling of works incl. works bundling, selection of personnel and logistics platforms to enable site to execute all works efficiently and expediently.
