Data ManagerReporting into the Senior F&B Product Manager, you’ll be joining a passionate and dynamic team who are responsible for developing and marketing the food and beverage offer available in our 300 cafes and outlets.Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon and there will be an expectation for you to attend the office. However, there is flexibility on where you are based at other times. You will be required to work at a National Trust location for 40-60% of your working week. This will be discussed in more detail at interview. You’ll be responsible for the management of all data flowing through from the product development team into our back-office systems. This includes NAV, tills and allergen tick sheets. Working closely with the Product Development Managers and Development chefs the role will ensure that amends required in NAV and recipe cards are made. Recipe packs, allergen tick sheets and QRG’s are ready for publication on Acorn for seasonal menu changes. NAV/calories/ and allergens and master documents are kept up to date.
