Job Description
* Asset management and reports in Excel i.e., pivot tables
* Prepayments and accruals
* Liaise with suppliers for all purchases and payment needs
* Produce Sage Works Orders and allocate materials
* Creation of stock reports and analysis
* Sage housekeeping - Manage purchase order report
* Liaise between other internal teams within the business
The Successful Applicant
* Highly Proficient with SAP/SAGE type order processing packages.
* Experience in administrative finance
* Attention to detail.
* Strong and confident in communication
* Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
* Reliable and professional in dealing with internal and external customers.
