About The Role

As a Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing specialist and comprehensive administrative support, ensuring our services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer-Focused Support: Provide administrative support and advice on service charges, enabling staff to deliver customer-focused services that meet legal and regulatory requirements.
* Financial Management: Process and complete all orders, petty cash, and invoices for payment, ensuring timely payments to contractors and customers, and maintaining accurate documentation for audit purposes.
* Query Resolution: Resolve queries and enquiries from customers, solicitors, contractors, and legal departments, ensuring they are answered or forwarded to the relevant team member for further investigation.
* Performance Monitoring: Operate best practices in monitoring and continually improving performance and customer satisfaction, ensuring services are delivered in line with targets, budgets, and operational standards.

This role is being offered on a full time, fixed term contract until December 2026, working 37 hours per week. Hybrid working is available for this role, working 2 - 3 days per week in our Exeter, Weston-super-Mare or Tolvaddon office, dependent on business need.

About The Candidate
To be successful in your application for the role of Coordinator – Service Charge, you will have the essential skills and experience for a level 1 role (please see candidate information pack) and the following role specific skills and experience:
* Proven experience in improving customer satisfaction.
* Experience in a customer service or customer care environment.
* Excellent competence in IT, particularly with the Microsoft Office Suite and record-keeping skills.
* Ability to manage, review, and collect up-to-date information to assist in completing accurate accounts and budget setting.
* Excellent customer service skills across all communication methods, responding to customer interactions within the required SLA.
* Ability to manage conflicting priorities to deliver agreed outcomes for a range of internal and external customers.
* Desirable: Good understanding of social housing policy.
* Desirable: Knowledge of income and expenditure accounts and budgets.
* Desirable: Customer Service qualification (or equivalent experience through work or study), willingness to work towards.
