Marketplace Customer Service Advisor Reporting to the Account Manager, you will be the first point of contact to the Customer, ensuring they receive a professional service, and being responsible for Customer Queries, Returns and liaising on several Marketplace Platforms including Amazon, eBay and OnBuy. Summary of Role Responsibilities: Dealing with Customer Queries Managing Returns Responding to Marketplace e-mails Supporting the Sales Team Inputting Sales Orders if required Listing Products on various Marketplaces including Amazon and eBay Other related duties as required Required Experience or Qualifications: Have a passion and understanding of Online Marketplace(s) Customer service experience desirable but not required Ability to demonstrate experience of working in a team Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skill Proven experience of problem solving and working on own initiative Computer literate Preferred Experience or Qualifications: JBA preferred but not required A willingness to learn and be open to change Achievement against targets and Key Performance Indicators Understanding of the 'Online' world of eBay and Amazon A positive attitude and work ethic The Company evo - a powerhouse of brands. evo Group of Companies is the UK and Ireland's largest multi-channel business supplies and services distributor.
