Job Description The Payments Administrator will provide system and payments administration for the following systems and processes: Financial Management System (FMS), specifically the Accounts Receivable module. Working with colleagues to maintain a generic, flexible approach to tasks assigned to the FMS & Banking team based within Payments Section. Requirements To administer FMS (AR) and related systems To train departmental and section users of Payments systems To assist with the development of Payments systems Handle various enquiries both written and verbal To work closely with other members of the FMS & Banking team to ensure all responsibilities are carried out according to set timescales The Individual Experience of working in a busy office environment using relevant technology Experience in general Finance Administration Finance/Administration HND/HNC qualifications Ability to produce own work from PC – Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access Procedural skills Effective organisational skills, including time management Strong customer care skills and focus Self confidence Self motivated Able to maintain confidentiality Ability to work on own initiative when required to specified deadlines Ability to maintain accuracy when working to tight deadlines Ability to work as part of a team Effective communication skills - both written and verbal Ability to relate well with all levels of staff Willingness to accept direction/ delegation A flexible approach to new working practices and technology Flexibility to meet needs and demands of the service Ability to work in a shared office Closing Date : 27 December 2024 Starting Salary: £25,692.55 36.25 Hours per week £13.63 per hour Proposed Interview Date: w/c 13 January 2025 TBC For further information, please contact Daniel Littlewood 01343 563138
