Position: Operations Brand Manager - Tasty Tinies
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Brand Manager for Tasty Tinies. Are you excited about managing a fun, innovative brand that blends creativity with food? Tasty Tinies, part of Goliath, is a unique bake-shop line where kids can make delicious mini foods. The kits come with everything needed—cake mix, frosting, and sprinkles—to create adorable little cakes with a variety of flavors and shapes. The brand is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an Operations Brand Manager to lead the charge in managing its global supply chain, ensuring quality and smooth production from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the entire operations process, from QA/QC to production, ensuring the highest food-grade standards are met.
2. Manage product sourcing, working closely with suppliers in China, Europe, and beyond.
3. Collaborate with our sourcing team, based in Guildford, to ensure timely production and efficient logistics for multiple global markets.
4. Manage all ordering, packout processes, and final delivery to retailers.
5. Handle the scheduling and execution of production cycles, ensuring that we meet demand.
6. Ensure that every Tasty Tinies product meets safety regulations for food-grade products and complies with international standards.
7. Work with the QA/QC team to implement any necessary improvements.
8. Provide regular progress reports on sourcing and production to keep the entire team informed.
9. Explore the potential to source ingredients from other regions to find the best fit for the brand’s needs.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in global supply chain management, especially in industries involving food-grade products or toys.
2. Familiarity with QA/QC processes is a must.
3. Ability to work with multiple suppliers, production schedules, and product deliveries across various regions.
4. Strong project management skills and experience working with international teams and suppliers.
5. The ideal candidate is someone who can identify challenges before they arise and takes ownership of solving them.
