OA is on the lookout for an Account Manager to join our client's dynamic team.
This opportunity involves joining UK & Ireland’s top visual communications specialist, offering cutting-edge multi-channel marketing services to brands and retailers.
As an Account Manager, you'll focus on Health & Beauty accounts, managing projects from start to finish to ensure customer satisfaction. You'll work on various marketing campaigns, including POS activations, and support the Group Account Director.
We're looking for proactive candidates with experience in dealing with brands and retailers, and a solid understanding of print and production processes. You'll be in charge of managing project timelines and costs, meeting SLAs and KPIs, and collaborating with a talented, friendly team.
Location: The office is currently in Waltham Abbey; however, it is relocating to Bishops Stortford at the end of the year.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am-5:30pm (40 hours per week), though these may be negotiable. Onsite for 4 days a week during the probation period, and then 3 days onsite following a successful 3-month probation period.
Salary: £35,000-38,000 – depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
* Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring detailed attention and alignment with client and company needs; take briefs, process projects smoothly, and continuously improve processes for client and business benefit.
* Maintain a positive attitude, manage client expectations, deliver exceptional service, and build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure cohesive client service.
* Proactively resolve issues, seek guidance from the Group Account Director as needed, and identify and drive growth opportunities within client accounts.
* Fully manage projects from briefing to delivery, attending client briefings, creating critical paths, and ensuring timely execution within budget while maintaining commercial governance and providing timely client POs.
* Keep WIP, commercial data, and client information up-to-date; suggest process improvements and cost savings to the Group Account Director, and enhance store marketing campaign implementation.
* Collaborate with the Group Account Director on client and business reporting and forecasting, proactively offering advice and support during briefings.
