The Company:
We are working with a brand strategy and innovation consultancy. Their work spans positioning, architecture, innovation & futures work, as well as commercial development, looking at businesses' capabilities at a group level. They’re well known and respected in the industry, and their co-owner also hosts a successful podcast.
Insight underpins much of what they do, but the strategic rigour is what they are looking for. We seek someone who understands the customer and can develop a strategy by asking the right questions, understanding opportunities, and recognizing limitations on a business. This role involves delivering a full new brand or business strategy that could cost the organization millions to change and follow. The outputs can include new products, brands, customer journeys, new ways of using current capabilities, or creating new revenue streams.
The Role:
We are looking for a brand strategist with real rigour and a commercial mind. Much of the work is within FMCG, helping transform several brands and products, focusing on million-pound, long-term projects rather than multiple tactical projects.
