Year 4 Teacher. Job in Letchworth Garden City Education & Training Jobs
Overview: Are you a Year 4 Teacher (with QTS) looking for a dynamic new teaching role in an excellent primary school in Letchworth? Do you enjoy inspiring students across Year 4 with engaging lessons? We are seeking an enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher who can work Mondays and Tuesdays on a permanent or contracted basis. You will be expected to deliver high-quality lessons to a diverse group of students, helping them excel in their language skills and cultural understanding. This role is until the end of the academic year, with the opportunity to extend.
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is preferred; however, experience of being an unqualified Year 4 Teacher within the United Kingdom will be looked upon very favourably.
You will need to:
1. Work as a Year 4 Teacher by planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
2. Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
3. Work collaboratively with other teachers, support staff, and school leadership to enhance the educational experience.
4. Adhere to school policies and procedures, including those related to child protection and safeguarding.
5. Teach the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
Qualifications:
1. Experience as a Year 4 Teacher within a Primary School.
2. Qualified Teacher Status (Preferred).
3. Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum.
4. Confidence in maintaining a good code of behaviour.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to inspire and motivate students.
