Regional Sales Manager – EMEA
Key Responsibilities:
1. International Sales / Distribution Management
2. Opportunity for Commercial Tech Graduate into Global Sales
3. Export Sales of Medical Capital Equipment
4. Engagement with Operating Theatres and Complex Engineering Systems
5. Manage long-term high-value capital project sales with International Distributors, Hospitals, Contractors, Architects, and channel partners
6. Deliver business development plans into EMEA and the rest of the world
7. Manage and support EMEA distribution partners, including international travel to assist resellers in closing significant capital sales
Compensation:
1. Basic salary between £35,000 - £45,000
2. OTE between £60,000 - £90,000 (Open Ended)
3. Excellent Car allowance
4. Pension scheme + private health care
5. Home office
Location:
Based North UK Office with Hybrid working, covering EMEA. Ideally located in Yorkshire (Leeds, York, Chesterfield, Scunthorpe, Hull, Rotherham, Barnsley, Huddersfield, Bradford, Sheffield, Doncaster, Harrogate, Mansfield).
The Candidate:
1. Proven track record in technical sales
2. Positive / enthusiastic “can do” attitude
3. Technical/engineering graduate with sales experience is preferred
4. Medical Industry expertise is advantageous
5. International sales experience desirable but not essential
6. Technically competent engineering qualification/experience
7. Experience in complex negotiation with multiple stakeholders
8. Strong customer focus with a passion for meeting specifier and customer needs
9. Ability to develop positive relationships with customers and distributors
10. Understanding of buyer trends and procurement channels
11. Able to work autonomously and remotely
12. Dynamic, polished, professional attitude is key
