Our client is a leading real estate lending company located in the hear of W1. An exciting opportunity is available for an Administrative Finance Assistant to join their growing team.
The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to become part of a dynamic team in a progressive company which offers a clear progression path.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support to a team
* Liaising with clients via phone and email
* Managing records for Borrowers, Funders and real estate operations
* Entering borrower receipts, supplier invoices and statements into Sage and CRM systems (training provided)
* Prepare client contracts and conduct basic AML checks on Funders
* Liaise with clients and ensure accurate and timely documentation is received
* Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate data and relevant details
Key Requirements:
* 2-3 years experienced in an administrative role
* Strong numeracy skills
* Experience within finance or accounts - highly desirable
* Strong IT skills
* A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
