About the Role Are you ready to be at the heart of the action at one of the UK's most iconic venues? As a Marketing Excutive at OVO Arena Wembley, you'll be instrumental in driving the success of world-class events. Your role will be pivotal in creating buzz, engaging audiences, and enhancing the overall event experience. From event announcements and ticket sales to post-event analysis, you'll ensure our marketing efforts are nothing short of spectacular. You will be responsible for: • Supporting all marketing and communications areas, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within brand guidelines, including advertising, social media, e-marketing, and content management.
• Creating marketing materials and presentation tools to assist other departments.
• Gaining a working knowledge of all aspects of venue operations to effectively meet the needs of partners and promoters.
• Maintaining and building relationships with partners, promoters, agencies, suppliers, and industry contacts.
• Liaising directly with ticketing and related partners pre, during, and post-event, monitoring sales, and evaluating all sales promotions
• Assisting arena event promoters with their marketing activities.
• Planning and development further marketing strategies for event promotion.
• Providing regular reports on marketing and communication activities, demonstrating a proactive approach to driving brand awareness and engagement.
• Utilise materials and resources efficiently to minimize waste and reduce costs.
We are looking for someone with:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
• Committed approach, able to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritise work.
• High energy and enthusiasm.
Added bonus if you have: • Adobe Photoshop skills, HTML, or digital content creation skills.
• Experience with social media platform marketing.
• Experience in copywriting and proofreading.
