Do you have driving & administration experience? We are looking for a Driver to come and join our team who will drive clinicians to home visits and cover reception duties in our Out of Hours services. You will ensure the medic car assigned to the shift is checked, properly equipped and all IT equipment is logged on. The driver will act as support to the Clinician on shift and ensure they arrive at the dispatched home visits in a safe and efficient manor, and within the required time frames. These visits can range anywhere in the geographical footprint of PC24, so you must be flexible and adapt to change, as visits assigned may change due to the type of priorities that they may be assigned to. What will you be doing Driving clinicians on shift to home visits within our areas of operation, within set time frames. Ensure the medical car is checked, properly equipped and all IT equipment logged. Carry out all admin duties ensuring attention to detail and confidentiality at all times. Be fully up to date with all policies and procedures related to the role ensuring they are always followed. Liaise with dispatchers through shift when driving. Ensure detailed handovers are complete after every shift. Be the first point of contact greeting patients attending appointments, handling enquiries, when covering reception duties. What do I need Full UK clean driving licence Flexibility to cover all of PC24 sites – Halton, Warrington, St Helens, Formby, Southport & Liverpool Great communication skills Basic computer skills including keyboard and data entry skills Demonstrated ability to conduct through vehicle inspections, including checking oil levels, tire pressure and tread depth. A proactive mindset to seek guidance when required. Competent in using IT systems Please note flexibility is required to cover locations and shift patterns which are – 11pm-8am/8am-1pm/1pm-6pm/6pm-11pm.
