Group Reservations Manager | Multi-Site Hospitality Group | Overseeing 4 Sites
We’re looking for a highly organised, guest-focused Group Reservations Manager to lead our reservations team and enhance the guest journey across our four restaurants. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong guest relationships, and is passionate about delivering seamless booking experiences.
Based at our office in White City you will be working across our three brands, leading from the front!
What You’ll Do:
1. Lead & Train a small central reservations team while upskilling the host teams at each site.
2. Manage All Bookings across our multi-site operation, ensuring smooth communication and seamless guest experiences.
3. Expertly Use Systems including SevenRooms, OpenTable, and a centralised phone system to optimise reservations and maximise capacity.
4. Analyse & Report key data, trends, and KPIs to improve booking efficiency, guest experience, and revenue.
5. Enhance the Guest Journey, ensuring every booking is well-planned, from initial inquiry to post-visit follow-ups.
6. Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to stay up to date on promotions, special events, and VIP bookings.
7. Coordinate with On-Site Teams to ensure restaurants are fully briefed and prepared for service.
8. Maximise Covers & Revenue by strategically managing availability and restaurant seating.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience in restaurant reservations management, ideally in a multi-site setting.
2. Strong leadership skills, with a passion for coaching and training teams.
3. Proficiency in SevenRooms, OpenTable, and centralised phone systems.
4. A data-driven mindset with experience in reporting, analytics, and optimising reservations.
5. Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
6. A guest-first approach with a passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
