As a Survey Administrator you will work under the direction of the Survey Team Leader and Manager, to support the Sales and Operations teams in all aspects, to deliver the safe and timely delivery of surveys, installations, maintenance and change. The ideal candidate would have a wide range of experience to undertake a range of administrative tasks, they would have excellent organisational and communication skills, and attention to detail ensuring that projects are delivered to meet both internal and client's objectives. Respond promptly to all phone calls, e-mails and messages received. Operate an effective and efficient administration system for all areas of responsibility and be capable of meeting tight SLA’s and deadlines. To achieve and maintain professional standards across all aspects of the role in respect of work undertaken, timescales adhered to and dealings with people at all levels in the business in a manner appropriate to their needs.
