Job Description:
One post is permanent, 37 hours per week, and the other is fixed-term to cover a career break for 9 months, for 20.5 hours per week.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring professional to join the Early Help Team.
The role's key purpose is to provide early, targeted support and challenge as part of an integrated approach to prevent family problems from escalating, foster sustainable behavioral change, increase family resilience, improve outcomes, and reduce dependency on public services.
You will develop and deliver targeted Early Help services to achieve positive outcomes for families in North Hull, primarily working with children and young people aged 0-11 years and their families within an integrated, multi-agency Family Hub.
The role involves acting as a Lead Practitioner for families with diverse needs, conducting assessments, and coordinating responses in partnership with other agencies.
Experience working with children and families, conducting needs assessments, and multi-agency collaboration is required.
You must hold a relevant Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Social Care, Education, Health, Early Years, Youth, or Community Work.
