Page Group are working exclusively with a growing business in the Media & Marketing space who support clients across the UK. The role of Head of Client Operations will be the link between the clients and operations, ensuring client support is provided at all times, delivering a world-class service.
Job Description
* Process Improvement - Undertake a thorough and in-depth review of existing processes to drive continuous improvement through gap analysis and process mapping. Create a standardized and consistent approach across the wider group, communicating changes effectively with key stakeholders.
* Relationship Management - Forge and build strong working relationships with B2B clients across the UK through regular meetings and communication, driving client growth, retention, and satisfaction.
* Customer Onboarding - Onboard new clients and campaigns effectively through clear and transparent communications.
* Data Analytics - Provide analytic insights to clients around performance, using all available MI and data streams, constantly creating, reviewing, and presenting new data on varying areas.
* People Management - Directly manage the client services team, providing regular support and insight to clients daily. Create a culture of world-class service across the department.
* Stakeholder Management - Work closely with leadership across all business areas to drive positive change and growth that supports both client and business objectives.
* Client Support - Drive commercial and upsell targets to support both business and client growth.
The Successful Applicant
* Experience in a similar role.
* Experience in a client-facing/client management role.
* Strong commercial acumen.
* Excellent process improvement background.
* Extensive stakeholder engagement.
* Ability to drive commercial growth and performance.
What's on Offer
The role offers a salary of £60,000 - £65,000 plus a 15% bonus.
Based in Chester, the role will be fully on-site.
