We also support adults within their family home. We work together to create opportunities for the men and women at Quarriers Homelife the project supports 37 adults with a varying level of need. Each person has a tailored support plan. Working as part of a team to meet the individual needs of each person with personal care, medication administration, maintaining their tenancy, support with finances and social support to be active citizens within their local community. Look for and offer new opportunities for the individual and promote independence and choice and control over their life. helping them to realise their dreams and aspirations, and lead a fulfilling life through person centred planning. Hours can be flexible and planned 4 weeks in advance. Full comprehensive training programme is offered including blended learning. This is a permanent relief contract, hours will be dependent on needs of service. Evenings and Weekends will be the bulk of the hours available. What you will need to succeed/bring to the role Compassion and kindness to support people in their day to day lives. Enthusiasm and self-motivation. Ability to apply transferable life experience and skills to support and enable individuals. Excellent problem solver who is driven by positive outcomes. Resilient, reliable and an excellent listener.
