Finance Administrator – Fixed-Term (12 Months, Possible Extension)
Location: Cambourne (Office-based Tue, Wed, Thurs)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

We are hiring a Finance Administrator to join a dynamic EMEA finance team. This is a 12-month fixed-term role with the potential for extension, offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a strong European presence.
Responsibilities:
1. General Ledger (GL) reviews & reconciliation
2. Balance sheet management
3. Handling audits and financial controls
4. Working with HR SAP systems
5. Excel-based financial reporting and analysis
Requirements:
1. 3-6 years’ experience in finance administration (not overly senior)
2. Minimum 2-3 years’ UK finance experience
3. Strong understanding of financial processes, audits, and reconciliations
4. Proficiency in Excel and SAP (HR module knowledge a plus)
5. Flexible on education but must have hands-on finance experience
Team & Culture:
You’ll be part of an EMEA finance team, reporting to a UK-based manager who oversees European operations. The team consists of 3-4 members across Europe, providing a supportive and collaborative work environment.
