Job Description
Reporting into Senior FP&A Analyst, this role will be responsible for assisting in the consolidation of management reporting for the T&T Group, generating ad-hoc analysis to aid the business achieve its core objectives and reporting to US listed majority shareholders.
Responsibilities will include:
* Preparation and consolidation of monthly reporting such as:
* Management accounts
* Forecasts
* Secured Income
* Internal global revenue by sector
* External global revenue by sector and client to CBRE
* Internal Key Client and Major Program reporting
* Assisting with the preparation of financial packs for several global Board meetings and Committees
* Assisting with ad-hoc reporting using big data from our financial ERP.
* Reviewing, analysing and challenging submissions from Regional Finance teams to ensure reporting is accurate and timely.
* Always working in accordance with our behavioural values.
* Other ad-hoc reporting and analysis tasks will form a significant part of this role.
Qualifications

* Proficiency in financial ERP systems.
