The Role You will have full autonomy of the Hygiene function within a state of the art plant-based factory. This newly opened factory will provide an exciting opportunity for an experienced hygiene manager to take ownership and drive the function forward. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to platform the highest industry standard. As budget holder, you will have focus on areas such as hygiene staff rotas, cleaning schedules, audits, people management, and succession planning. You will have an instrumental role in implementing Finnebrogue s health and safety policy, carry out risk assessments, develop method statements and monitor procedures see continuous improvements. You will also be responsible for the monitoring and improvement of hygiene process and protocol, in line with Food Safety, HACCP and BRC standards/regulations. What it takes If the highest industry standards are in your DNA coupled with exceptional leadership Finnebrogue will offer you the autonomy develop upon these skills. You will have previous experience at a senior level leading a hygiene team within manufacturing.
