As a key player in our Business Support Team, you’ll bring a touch of creativity by collaborating with our Marketing team to showcase our brand in our unique April style This will encompass a variety of different tasks, including social media management, asset design, and event planning. You’ll also be at the heart of our business growth helping us onboard new networks, clubs, and firms, working with brokers, analysing market data, and collaborating across our teams. Responsibilities: Creating, maintaining and developing our marketing assets and supporting our event and exhibition attendance Onboarding new distribution partners, collating due diligence information for submission to our compliance team Manage our broker registrations and contact with brokers to keep our partnerships thriving Market analysis to help grow and develop our products Keep our sourcing systems up-to-date and accurate Support and collaborate across different departments within our team Skills and Qualifications You’re a people person with excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills You understand the UK mortgage market (knowledge of intermediary sales and distribution would be great) CeMAP qualification would be a nice addition Enthusiastic, positive, and always ready to roll up your sleeves with a “let’s do this” attitude Adaptability is your middle name - you thrive in a fast-moving start-up world where priorities shift, and you’re up for the challenge.
