Seeking an HR Advisor to join the HR Operations team of a global financial services business. The role will report to the Group HR Operations lead and support HR Business Partner in delivering efficient and effective HR services.
Responsibilities Include
* Providing generalist HR support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle ensuring compliance with HR policies and processes in a timely manner.
* Manage onboarding processes including offers, pre-employment screening, new starter documentation, onboarding and induction.
* Manage contract changes, probation extensions, sickness, absence, family leave, disciplinary & grievance and performance management in conjunction with HR Business Partners.
* Manage HR systems, ensuring data is up to date and correct for reporting purposes.
* Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on HR policies and processes in line with employment legislation.
* Coordinate learning and development training sessions and initiatives.
* Provide support for health and wellness programmes.
Experience Required
* Experience of working within HR within the financial services sector with exposure to all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
* Educated to degree level or equivalent ideally with CIPD level 3 or 5.
* Knowledge of best practice HR operational support and UK employment legislation.
* Strong organisation skills with the ability to balance multiple demanding deadlines.
* High level attention to detail with the ability to work accurately at pace.
* Ability to use initiative and take accountability to provide quick and effective solutions.
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office.
