The Role – Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager, you will sell digital and traditional OOH advertising solutions to businesses across your region. Responsibilities include:
* Prospecting & Lead Generation – Identifying and approaching new clients
* Sales Meetings & Presentations – Building relationships and showcasing advertising solutions
* Sales Pipeline Management – Keeping an up-to-date CRM and maintaining a strong flow of leads
* Proposal Creation – Creating compelling sales pitches to secure new business
* Revenue Growth – Achieving quarterly revenue targets while managing your time effectively
Who We're Looking For
To succeed as a Business Development Manager, you’ll need:
* Proven field sales experience (ideally in media sales, but other direct sales backgrounds considered)
* A strong track record of exceeding revenue targets
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* CRM experience to manage client relationships and sales activity
* Confidence, professionalism, and strong negotiation skills
* A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel within your region
