Job Description
We are seeking an experienced EUC Support Engineer to join our Technology team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing 2nd line technical support to end-users across Sysco GB.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide onsite and remote technical support to end-users
* Prioritize workload to ensure service levels are maintained
* Manage and close incidents and service requests via the helpdesk ticketing system
* Proactively replace end-of-life assets and dispose of or recycle old devices
* Administer mobile devices via an MDM platform and SIM card connections
* Maintain accurate asset inventory of IT hardware
* Ensure changes are made in accordance with change management guidelines and policies
* Provide support to projects as required to deploy new technologies
About You:
The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of maintaining IT security, infrastructure, and service standards. You will have experience of administering MDM platforms, understanding of networking, and excellent interpersonal skills. You should have experience of supporting networked printers and proven troubleshooting skills for hardware and application support. It is highly advantageous that you have an ITIL V3/ V4 foundation certificate and experience of service delivery frameworks.
