Our client has a very strong order book of projects across the highlands and is therefore seeking highly skilled individuals to join their team as a Site Manager.
As the successful candidate, you will be overseeing various New Build & Refurbishment projects across the beautiful Highlands of Scotland.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Your primary responsibilities shall encompass managing all aspects of assigned construction sites including:
* Ensuring that each activity adheres strictly to health & safety procedures;
* Coordinating subcontractors' work alongside other stakeholders involved;
* Monitoring progress against established timelines whilst maintaining quality standards throughout;
* Managing budget constraints through cost control measures without compromising build quality;
* Ability to manage project budgets effectively while ensuring deadlines are met;
* Proficient knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and legal guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
* Trade experience and site experience preferable;
* Relevant Construction Qualification i.e. HNC, HND or Degree;
* Experience of working on design and build projects, for a main contractor, as well as in the management of H&S;
* Applicants must have experience of managing all aspects of the build process;
* The applicant will be required to coordinate the packages from the design and procurement phase through to installation on site and handover;
* Up to date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislation;
* CSCS Card at Site Manager level;
* Valid SMSTS certificate.
