Job Title: Welcome Host
Duration: Monday 17th Feb - Monday 3rd March
Location: Canary Wharf, London
Hours: Mon-Fri, up to 40hr week (shifts will range between 7am-6pm)
Pay: £14-£16 an hour
Duties:
1. Meet and greet all visitors to the office and welcome clients.
2. Serve breakfast, lunch, and hot drinks for clients throughout the day.
3. Ensure suites are fully prepared and stocked each day.
4. Set up meeting rooms, clearing after, ensuring fully set up for all meetings and conference calls.
5. Monitor and order stock supplies - coffee, tea, toilet rolls, stationery, etc.
6. Assist with restaurant bookings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
7. Answer phones where required.
8. Be the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues in the office, providing excellent service.
What we're looking for:
1. Previous experience in a hospitality environment working directly with colleagues and other stakeholders on a regular basis - ideal experience working as a Front of House Assistant/Host.
2. Strong and confident communicator.
3. People person - very confident to be the first point of contact for the office.
4. Able to start a new role immediately.
