Communal Caretaker
The salary for this post will be Grade 5, £24,404 - £24,790 per annum.
This post is permanent, all year round, full time 37 hours per week.
Work Pattern: 8.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday
Driving license is essential
Caretaking and Cleaning Services are seeking to appoint an organised, enthusiastic, reliable and highly motivated Caretaker with a good work ethic, an eye for detail and an aptitude to improve standards.
You will be part of a team, working in different residential buildings, mainly cleaning the communal areas across the Borough of Bury or were the service requires.
You will be provided with a van and all necessary equipment to do the job. The van will need to be dropped off and collected every start and end of day from a designated location. (Possibly being Bradley Fold trading Estate)
You must be physically capable of undertaking the duties required. Relevant experience is an advantage although not essential as training will be provided.
