Office Coordinator
Working for a modern family run business, that currently turns over in excess of £10 million. They have been established since the late 1940’s working with globally recognised companies.
Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily office operations
* Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
* Scheduling, and collaboration among team members.
* Responding to inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
* Undertaking data entry into SAP as and when required ensuring data and prices are accurate.
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
* Support the team with various administrative tasks
* Working with the team, quote generation
Requirements
* Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
* Strong proficiency in Google Suite applications
* Familiarity with SAP
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone manner
* A proactive approach to problem-solving
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
