All applicants must hold a full manual driver's license due to service needs.
The position will be based at both of our supported living services on the Queens Road in Newbury. It will also involve working within our Outreach service, where we support people within their own homes out in the community.
The people we support have learning disabilities, and their needs vary from moderate to high.

* Shifts can be quite flexible, but will require working every other Sunday. Sleep-ins are available if wanted. The occasional waking night may be required.

What you’ll be doing:
* Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
* Supporting both within our supported living services and as part of our Outreach service.
* Providing personal care.
* Supporting with meal prep, domestic support, and correspondence.
* Encouraging socialising and helping the people we support in reaching their goals.
* Participating and being enthusiastic about the likes and interests of the people we support.
* Shifts can be quite flexible, requiring working every other Sunday. Sleep-ins are available if wanted. The occasional waking night may be required.

* Can you work independently, multitask, and organise?
* Do you have a positive attitude under pressure?
* Are you a quick learner, hands-on, and willing to be flexible with tasks and activities?
