In this role, you will handle all housing-related enquiries, from providing initial tenancy advice to managing complex cases. You will offer comprehensive support to our vulnerable customers to help them sustain their tenancies. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Provide initial tenancy advice and manage complex cases. Record all customer interactions accurately on the Open Housing System. Property Management: Oversee the administration and management of social housing properties, with responsibility for 550 to 750 tenancies. Ensure adherence to housing policies and procedures. Vulnerable Customer Support: Regularly deal with and provide support to vulnerable people. Ensure comprehensive support to help vulnerable customers sustain their tenancies.
