The department has a strong curriculum that is well-planned and ready to deliver, with the flexibility to allow for the successful candidate to contribute their own creative ideas and style of pedagogy. The department engages in a range of extra curricular activities. The school's thriving Arts Department has an excellent reputation for delivering a progressively challenging, stimulating and fun art education throughout the school. As the Head of the Creative Arts Department you will contribute to the strategic direction and development of the department, preparing a plan that will ensure the department continues to be innovative, creative, successful and ambitious, inspiring a love of the subjects in their students. You will also lead and manage department staff, promoting excellence in teaching and learning that will help students to develop their potential within Arts.
